Paul’s industry experience spans over 15 years, and he has worked for some of the largest financial institutions in Canada in various senior advisory roles. In his current role, he facilitates the assembly of customized wealth plans and construction of investment portfolios to help you meet your financial goals. He utilizes a needs-based approach and works closely with clients to identify their goals and objectives in order to build a plan that meets their needs. Working with the support of your tax and legal advisor, Paul delivers a plan that addresses retirement, estate and tax efficiency, which also encompasses cash flow management, risk management and business planning matters.
Paul is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional who holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, as well as a member of Financial Planning Canada. In 2020, he became a Fellow of CSI (FCSI®), which is the Canadian Securities Institute’s highest level of certification and an honour in the Canadian financial services industry. He continues to remain actively involved within the community as a volunteer for CPA BC and FP Canada, where he has been invited as a mentor, panelist, judge for business case competitions, and an exam marker.
Paul’s love of soccer opened many avenues for him early in life. Through his experiences as Captain of the BC team and playing for the Canadian men’s national soccer team, he enjoys coaching kids at the local grassroots level.
