Dalyce Wickett has dedicated more than 20 years to the non-profit sector after beginning her career in private-sector education and technology. With a background in communications, she started her non-profit career with the Delta Hospice Society, contributing to the fundraising campaign that raised $8.5 million for hospice and palliative care services in Delta.

Since joining the Delta Community Foundation as its first staff member in 2021, Dalyce has helped grow the organization through her work in administration, communications, fund development, and operations. A Tsawwassen resident, she is passionate about strengthening her community and connecting donors with opportunities to create lasting local impact.
