Lara Victoria brings a strong integration of strategic leadership, community engagement, organizational development, and governance to her role as Executive Director of the Delta Community Foundation.

With a background in retail banking and entrepreneurship, Lara’s career is rooted in building meaningful relationships and strengthening mission-driven organizations. She is passionate about supporting communities through collaboration, trust, and thoughtful stewardship. Having served on public sector and local not-for-profit boards, Lara brings a strong commitment to sound governance, emphasizing transparency, sustainability, and a grounded understanding of the needs of Delta’s diverse communities.

Lara holds a BA in Psychology and English Literature from Bombay University, and an MBA from Queen’s University. She has also earned certifications in Social Impact (Queen’s University) and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (UBC), bringing both strategic and human-centered perspectives to her leadership and a deep commitment to community stewardship.

Lara lives in Delta with her family, and can often be found outdoors with her dogs, enjoying the sense of connection that makes the community so special.

As Executive Director, Lara leads the Foundation’s operations and fund development efforts, working closely with the Board, staff, and community partners to strengthen donor relationships, advance community initiatives, and support the long-term growth and sustainability of the Foundation’s commitment to community stewardship in Delta.
