Career Opportunity - Part-Time Executive Director
We are seeking our first Executive Director to lead the next stage of our foundation’s growth.
This role will provide strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and serve as the foundation’s primary representative to donors, partners, and the community. The Executive Director will drive fundraising efforts, build key relationships, and ensure long-term sustainability. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, they will work closely with staff and stakeholders to advance the foundation’s mission.

Delta Community Foundation is looking for motivated, community-minded people from North Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen to join our board for a three year term. We are a volunteer working board, who dedicate our time and expertise to support the organization and its mission and collective purpose.
Through the generosity of our donors, we fund initiatives, charities and non-profit organizations operating in sectors such as mental health, education, arts, culture & heritage, children & youth, environment, food security, Indigenous initiatives, neighborhoods, seniors and more.
