Delta Community Foundation announces Kindness Meter funding recipients

The Delta Community Foundation, in partnership with the City of Delta, is pleased to announce the recipients of Kindness Meter funding to charities whose work continues to make a meaningful difference in Delta.

$500 to North Delta Rotary’s Magic Pencil Program, which provides winter clothing to elementary school children in North Delta.

$500 to Deltassist Family and Community Services Society for its Christmas Hamper program, supporting local families during the holiday season.

$500 to each of the Extreme Weather Shelters in North and South Delta, helping ensure safe, warm spaces for individuals experiencing homelessness during severe weather.
