NSG Project: Rosehill Block Party

“We were thrilled to see about 50 people from 15 to 20 different households stop by during the event. Not only did we manage to go through all 50 hot dogs, but the feedback from the neighbours was overwhelmingly positive. Everyone seems to feel more connected, and we believe we achieved our goal of enhancing the mental wellness within the community.

As a result of this success, we’ve established a Facebook group and a WhatsApp chat group, allowing us to keep the momentum going. We’re already considering future events, , including a possible Christmas party and other local gatherings. We want to experess our sincere gratitude for your support. We made a special mention of the support from the Neighbourhood Small Grants and the Delta Community Foundation at the bottom of our event poster, and the community truly appreciated it.”
